Climb Until Your Dreams Come True

Often your tasks will be many

And more than you think you can do.

Often the road will be rugged,

And the hills insurmountable too.

But always remember, the hills ahead

Are never as steep as they seem,

And with faith in your heart start upward

And climb 'till you reach your dream.

For nothing in life that is worthy

Is ever to hard to achieve

If you have the faith to believe.

For faith is a force that is greater

Than knowledge or power or skill

And many defeats turn to triumph

If you trust in God's wisdom and will.

For faith is a mover of mountains,

There's nothing that God cannot do.

So start out today with faith in your heart

And climb ' till your dreams comes true!

   Attitude Is Everything  


 I woke up early today, 
 excited over all I get to do before the clock
strikes midnight.
 I have responsibilities to fulfill today. I am
important.
    My job is to choose what kind of day I am going to have.

 Today I can complain because the weather is rainy
or I can be thankful
that the grass is getting watered for free.

 Today I can feel sad that I don't have more money
or I can be glad
that my finances encourage me to plan 
my purchases wisely and guide me
away from waste.

 Today I can grumble about my health
or I can rejoice that I am alive.

 Today I can lament over all that 
my parents didn't give me when I was growing up
or I can feel grateful that they allowed me to be born.

 Today I can cry because roses have thorns 
or I can celebrate that thorns have roses.

 Today I can mourn my lack of friends 
or I can excitedly embark upon a
quest to discover new relationships.

Today I can whine because I have to go to work
or I can shout for joy
because I have a job to do.

 Today I can complain because I have to go to school
or eagerly open my mind and fill it 
with rich new tidbits of knowledge.

Today I can murmur dejectedly because I have to do 

housework or I can feel honored because God 

has provided shelter for my mind, body and soul.

 Today stretches ahead of me, waiting to be shaped. 
  And here I am, the sculptor who gets to do the shaping.

 What today will be like is up to me. 

 I get to choose what kind of day I will have!

    A Beautiful Story   

A woman came out of her house and saw three old men

with long white beards sitting in her front yard.

She did not recognize them.

She said, "I don't think I know you, but you must

be hungry,

Please come in and have something to eat."

"Is the man of the house home?"

"No", she said. "He's out."

"Then we cannot come in", they replied.

In the evening when her husband came home, she

told him what had happened.

"Go tell them I am home and invite them in!"

The woman went out an invited them in.

"We do not go into a House together," they replied.

"Why is that?" she wanted to know.

One of the old men explained:

"His name is Wealth," he said pointing to one of his

friends, and said and pointing to another one,

"He is Success, and I am Love."

Then he added, "Now go in and discuss this 

with your husband which one of us you want 

to come in your home."

   The woman went in and told her husband what was said.

Her husband was overjoyed.

"How nice ! !", he said. "Since that is the case let us

invite wealth!"  Let him come in and fill our home

with wealth !" His wife disagreed.

 "My dear, why don't we invite Success?"

Their daughter-in-law was listening from the other

corner of the house. She jumped in with her own

suggestion:

"Would it not be better to invite love?

Out home will then be filled with love!"

"Let us heed our daughter-in-law's advice," said the

husband to the wife. 

"Go out and invite Love to be our guest."

The woman went out and asked the 3 old men,

"Which one of you is Love?

Please come in and be our guest."

Love got up and started walking toward the house.

The other 2 got up and followed him.

Surprised, the lady asked Wealth and Success:

"I only invited Love, Why are you coming in?"

The old men replied together:

"If you had invited Wealth or Success, the other two

of us would have stayed out, but since you invited Love,

wherever He goes, we go with him.

Wherever there is Love, there is also 

Wealth and Success! ! ! ! ! !"

Our Wish For You...

Where there is pain, we wish you peace and mercy.

Where there is self-doubting, we wish you a renewed

confidence in your ability to work through them.

Where there is tiredness, or exhaustion, we wish you

understanding, patience, and renewed strength.
